Riki basically acts like one. He's got the highest HP among the 7 playable characters and his arts have an emphasis on supporting, though this is counter balanced by lacking offenses compared to everyone else.

Maybe in the 80's, but we're far from the eighties now. What makes Samus Samus is who she is and the actions she has done, not the fact that she's a woman.
