Yeah the moveset was pretty interesting indeed, though the sword stealing idea should be added into the moveset.

Yeah there was no viable way to represent that, hence the different-options counter. It's a combination of his different moves from the 2nd fight with him.

The arenas and extra modes in some Kirby games can be pretty hard. Don't tell me you didn't die against Galacta Knight, or press 'retry' a billion times when attempting to get platinum in the challenge rooms. Besides that stuff though, the games are definitely too easy.

I will always get damaged by Galacta Knight no matter hard I try.

F-Zero is fine as it is. There apparently aren't any plans for a new title in the near future, and the franchise has been dormant since GX.

As least I don't think there should be a new F-Zero character.

It's based off Ben, but I personally don't find it creepy at all.

The creepy hobo who lived behind Nintendo Headquarters that was chosen to be the artist for Majora's Mask. He based it off a kid he thought slit the throats and ate the internal organs of the children he thought he had.

Probably an unpopular opinion here, but I don't think another F-Zero character should be added, but it's not we haven't seen a game from it in awhile.

The thing is, when you get right down to it, F-Zero is a racing series, one that isn't particularly about combat as far as actual gameplay goes. C. Falcon being playable and essentially acting nothing like what he does in the games (IE Not going around punching people with fire) is honestly kind of a stretch as it is and I don't think Sakurai wants to keep making characters for it like that.

Generally, I feel like oddball series like F-Zero, Wii Fit, Game & Watch and Animal Crossing really are better off with just one character, due to their nature.

Metroid got another character. Donkey Kong got Diddy, Star Fox got Falco AND Wolf. Why does F-Zero still just have Captain Falcon?

Speaking of underepped characters, would you guys rather see more newcomers from series not represented yet in smash bros. (retro or modern games) or newcomers from series already in (another mario, zelda, pokemon, etc character)?

Personally, I'd rather get characters from all across Nintendo's vast history than be limited to their top franchises.

Well, on the topic of Zelda, I want more toon representation, specifically the ones in my signature. I honestly would love having only toon characters for the roster, but I imagine I'm the only one that thinks that. I just greatly prefer the toon style to the realistic style.

Is F-Zero nearly as profitable as those series? Those are Nintendo's biggest series. F-Zero gets a game a console generation, nearly. (Except for Star Fox, I have no idea why that series has so many characters).

New series not represented, it's always great to have a new franchise being able to recognized by the world.. it's somewhat of a great way for people to get interested in the franchise.

That's probably because the series is dead at the moment, and has no plans for the future as far as we know.

Plus I don't really know who else they would add that would extremely unique from Falcon. But again, I don't think the series needs another.

Yeah, well I don't think another Metroid character should be added. But, I suck it up and add Ridley anyway.

So we can have several IPs of characters that don't fight, but there's a rule that one IP can't have more than 1 if it doesn't have combat. Miyamoto stated himself that we won't get a new F-Zero till he can think something that can freshen up the racing experience.
So I think it's best just to leave out F-Zero for now.

F-Zero deserves a second rep when you consider Mother getting 2 reps and Kid Icarus likely to get two reps.
Since F-Zero has like, 5 games, it isn't impossible.
I don't expect it, but I think it's a possibility.

I would rather we get three-four unrepresented franchises, but mostly building on the big names. I mean, it's good for us, since those series (ex. Mario, Pokemon, Zelda)
have the most fans, and therefore the most favorite characters.
It's good for Nintendo because it promotes those big franchises.

Saying one of the most classic Nintendo series ever shouldn't get a proper amount of representatives and it's second most important character because it hasn't gotten a game in a while (despite having several including many recent VC re releases and a Nintendo Land game) is such a horses ass argument. Really.

It seems we just like to put ourselves in charge of what "should" happen. And that's we practically blindfolded ourselves while Sakurai prepped up the Rosalina trailer. Because WE think it SHOULD be Bowser Jr.

I hope we get a Pokémon newcomer instead of just Brawl+Mewtwo. I just feel like a new character would be cooler than playing as one I've already used a lot. But Mewtwo is super popular I guess, so I can't see it happening.
