I think people were being too mean, tbh he wasn't really that bad considering his background, but he just didn't understand to reply back without a harsh remark is all.... but its for the best, he's probably on another forum, or something.

Well, my hope certainly isn't false. I think the opinion that the Kremlings got boring is a terrible one, because they're one of the few Nintendo enemy groups that constantly innovates, both attack and appearance wise. I'll also point out that Bowser is still largely the same; he currently has a new dash, new F-Smash, and new aerial. That hardly counts as "a new lizard king," and K. Rool is way different anyway.

I think the kremlings suck, thats all xD sorry, im just a hatter of them, please ignore that.
In my point of view, they decide to really rework bowsers moveset, and in a way, his standing pose and way to move is very similar to k rool, to the point that i really wouldnt saw the difference if it was k rool the one who do those attacks. Largely the same? i don really think so, he looks very different, i mean, you really notice the change with just some seconds of video.

But thats just me, i want to know why you have hopes on k rool, because i honestly only saw fan support, something that a lot of characters had.
People tend to make it sound like a similar case to ridley, but i think they are completely different.

I just think maybe he was trying to be good I guess, but he hates when he thinks everyone has a huge grudge on him.

I would be ok with this since she would bring in a new style of swordplay, but at this point she seems more likely in Project M than Smash 4.

other than 2-3 moves (that we know) bowser's playstyle seems almost exact the same, just faster. all 4 of his specials are back and so are his standards and most of his aerials, claiming he's a whole new lizard king is like claiming pit is now a whole new angel for having two new specials. i think most gamer have optical capabilities competent enough to see difference between spiky fire-breathing tortoises and tubby weapon-wielding crocodiles.

people who hope for characters generally want those characters. it's cool if you think ridley and k rool are different because their similarity are true even if you not believe in them.

Ok guys so I did read some of the lists pretty interesting. Should I make a thread going with that idea or it will be to random? And I think Saki, Isaac and Shulk are in pretty sketchy situation (I really want one of them but I can´t see neither of those happening).

If I had to choose I'd choose Isaac.

But Shulks fine too, but I don't really know about Saki.

Is really a hard decision and the spots left are not much, here is a idea what if we only receive new comers in a group of three, so first group will be Mega Man, Wii Fit Trainer and Villager, the second group could be Pac-Man, Miis and Little Mac, with a final group of three with "insert speculation". Thats why I decide to only wrote a list of 9 characters.

I saw those lists earlier and was unable to throw together one on my dying phone, so here's a late one:

1. Mega Man
2. Villager
3. WFT
4. Little Mac
5. K. Rool
6. Ridley
7. Palutena
8. Takamaru
9. Mewtwo

This is my preference; if additional spots open up, it's up for grabs between the last minute semi-clones (BJ, Dixie, Chrom, Roy, Toon Zelda, etc.), or maybe Shulk and Isaac or someone. If we're being strictly realistic, I heavily consider throwing Pac-Man and Mii on there in lieu of Palutena and Takamaru.

I'm not here to change opinions. We've obviously beaten the crap out of Roy vs. Chrom. Both are viable. Everyone has their preference (which isn't even limited to those two).

Let's just leave it at that without bad mouthing either one.

Sakurai has addressed his popularity, in melee no less. He was the main villain for the original 3 DKC games, plus DK 64. Hell he was in more Country games than DK himself. He has more than earbed a spot, the only downside he faces is not being relevant, which is never a very good argument against a character.
