Given how in every Smash game he has a new dash attack, it has a pretty high chance of happening.Krystal,seriously,StarFox doesn't deserve a fourth character and Falco and Wolf are more important.
Also,I think that Kirby needs his slide in this Smash ...
Should be down tilt not dash attack, plus the top spin is pretty much confirmed.

Because newcomers will possibly take up to 6 months to develop and balance I guess.

Because it's smarter to reveal newcomers closer to release this time. I honestly think everyone's just too used to newcomers since they were around for the Dojo. It is partially a gut feeling, though.

So reveals aren't super frequent, it's not like Brawl's were either. Still don't buy it as a reason to rule out all newcomers for 2013.

Brawl also had a Dojo, we've had characters revealed via events only excluding Peach and Sakurai has gone on record to say that we're not getting another "Dojo" like Brawl, so the situations are completely different right now and newcomers can easily follow the way veterans have been treated.

You're missing the point, the way the characters have been introduced between the games are different, veterans and newcomers weren't tied to events in Brawl whereas here the only exception to that was Peach. So using Brawl as a counterexample doesn't quite work in this situation as they're being handled differently already.
The dojo revealed newcomers fairly often without any events (E3).

3DS version, and I was referring to the context of Japanese releases. Though as far as I know, Pac-man And The Ghostly Adventures was never released in Japan.
