Sakurai isn't rushing to rep Doshin the Giant because it doesn't have a character and we've never seen a giant in Smash before.
It doesn't work that way. I appreciate your respect for everything Nintendo, but it doesn't mean it all has to be in Smash.

I don't recommend starting this when Saturn's here, but I'll bite.
I think Zelda has a great chance of being announced in November, especially near Black Friday. I feel that she's got some competition too, so it solely depends on which game Sakurai thinks should get the representation.
Toad could be released for 3D World.
Wario could be released for Mario Party.
But I think Zelda's got the best shot. Plus, Luigi was released near an American release date, so that doesn't make a difference.
