nay, i don't think i'll join you for SF. the tourney prizes are very very tempting, but i don't think I can stand another 6-7 hours in line. >_< that plus the 5 hours over/5 back would probably finish me off from last weekend, since I ended up driving most of the trip.

aww, i M.t.H. is good jrock! ^^ classic jrock doesn't suit my tastes tho. new diru, girugamesh, mth, 12012, these are the good bands. gackt/xjapan don't count. =P

it does suck that shiek got nerfed, but peach is still full of ruin. her attacks kill quite quickly now, though her d-smash isn't as strong.

i haven't been playing shiek tho. ^^

so..when you guys get back from the tourney this weekend, we should definitely edit that thread, or maybe we can do it tomorrow afternoon/night. we should probably put $1k to First place in the title, to draw more attention, and perhaps consider revising the rules to appeal to everyone/make the tournament run faster. We should look at the levels we're using too....

anywho, i'll see you guys tomorrow, hopefully, before you all disappear to frisco.

i want to vans, but i went to the one in L.A., and i guess you can only go to one of them (so state the rules). plus, i think i've had my fill of long road trips for this month. ^^

but you Davis smashers should come to Reno in april for our $1,000 (sponsored) brawl tournament. it'll be craaaazy fun.

nintendo, secretive as they are, failed to mention the rules before about 2 hours before the tourney started, so we didn't know that you were only allowed to compete in one. we were all excited and standing in line w/ our GC controllers only to find out the tourney required classic's, had medium items, and was seeded by the line order -> i.e. whoever you were standing next to was probably going to end up in your bracket.

But i do hope that the weather clears up enough so we can get over the pass to cali. I will be super bummed if we can't go. XP
