I tend to not use my Side B Upperdash Arm at all until the opponent is at 150 if they have survived that long. I've yet to see a character come back down from it.
I know it's punishable and predictable but that's why I stay away from it as long as I can manage. Especially if I can get them in the air as they are doing their own Aerial.
Otherwise, same as the thread. You have all the jumps and an unbeatable Special Recovery. Pursue them off the stage MUCH more aggressively, Forward and Back Air would keep them away.
