Well I made my goal getting out of pools, so I'm pretty happy about that. All these weeks and Playhem have REALLY shown now. I'm excited to head to more tournaments. anyway, shout out time.

Nom and Hyper Crasher- Really good doubles match! especially game 1. Congrats on making it to 2nd!

DkDudeman- Being an awesome doubles partner...but man...me SDing twice and getting caught under halberd cost us our last game for sure

Swanky- for some diddy practice before pools, it was fun man.

Overall, very good tournament, I felt like I learned alot, especially my item game got ALOT better during this. Now up to Canada next weekend. See you guys later!

The next MI event on this side of the state is the doubles PPW on 4/30. There aren't going to be any East MI events until May 2nd (SPAU4)

I just wanted to say that I had a ton of fun at this tournament, even though I am still fairly new. Everybody I played was very friendly, respectful, and gave excellent advice. Thanks for the great event, and I hope to continue to be a part of this awesome community as often as possible!

Notes: There are a few things I'd like to say about this tourney and why things were slow/bad.

1) Because of the FGC being there alongside us, there were a higher amount of frame drops than normal. My bitrate is already fair, so if I went lower, the quality would suffer.
2) The laptop was acting awkward and using my CPU power than normal, so I kept messing with the compression throughout the day. Towards the end my laptop got it's act together.
3) Back to point one, because of the FGC, I couldn't upload and stream at the same time. Also, I wanted the videos up yesterday, but I had a chance to see my biological dad for the first time in 20 years, so I took that chance instead of working on videos (and I got pretty drunk, so that night I was like -.o). But hey, they're up now!
4) As always, on the winner's side of Challonge, you NEED TO DELAY THE ROUND BY 1. Round 1 does not mean Winners R1 because you haven't won yet. It's so illogical yet so many people confuse this and think I'm wrong. Stop that. Loser's side starts correctly, however.

We had some hype sets this entire weekend in general, and we still will not get anything lower than 9th. Your is starting to easily become a threat.

Amiiboking and Wavez: That was a really hype doubles set against you two, and I really did not want to get sent into losers that early. Sorry I decided to go super saiyan game 2, I just really wanted that. Good stuff though.

Ksev: I don't know if you remember, but my first Smash 4 tournament, you were my first match since first seeds obviously play against 4th seeds (randoms/newbies). I remember you telling me that I had to fix a few things, and I took that to heart. It was really awesome to play against you again for the first time since then, and even though I got 2-0'd, it made my day when you honestly thought my was pretty good.

I was really happy with this tournament, broke my 13th place curse.

It wasn't even questionable to begin with. They've never played throughout the entire season and they played in pools which isn't as serious as if it was R1 of bracket. Hyper Crasher is just going to continue to complain because he was involved in an upset with the predicted 2 seed and lost a game to the predicted 3 seed. Both things cost him his bracket opportunity so he just needs to get over it since it's in the past,

Oh yea that's not Ori's fault lol. If you've never played him in tournament before it's fair game. It's like when ppl play a Money Match or friendlies with someone before bracket starts and then say "I just played this guy in a MM/friendlies, why am I in his pool?!?!". Better question is why are you playing serious sets with someone you can potentially lose to before a tournament.
