Wade Randolph. He's funny. He has some great ideas. Some are not so good, some are amazing (each other's butlers, business).

But then all of his actors are absolute ****. Horrible. He's not even a good one himself. He, and the rest of the cast, are GREAT in Business. But a lot of scenes I've seen in some of WR's stuff (moreso in the older stuff, so maybe he's getting better) are ruined because WR can't stop smiling while delivering what should be dramatic lines.
Is the dude with the lisp Eric? I hate him. So much.

that's an interesting evaluation though. I've never really thought of it that way. It's kind of rare that you'll see him doing what I'd call... actual acting, or something. Ala Business, or Gigabots, or etc. I've always seen his humor style as being more like, I don't even know, the kind of inside jokes you come up with your friends when you're crossfaded at 3am. Everything has that tone to me... this strange inside joke universe. As such none of those things you mentioned really bothered me, or came to mind

no clue re: Eric, btw. I know of a guy in his gang named Eric but I don't think he has a lisp.
