Why do Blazblue matches start with "REBEL 1"? What do Arc Systems think it means? Is it just Engrish and they tried to write "LEVEL 1" or something?

do you have any idea how long I played melee without knows the techs? Really at higher levels it gets on your nerves more low level players fighting fox don't deal with like any pressure, camping or whatever spamming that you figure out how to punish and spam that when he spams this.

when I played SF at a low level it wasn't any fun really other than grabs :)

Fighters at low/casual levels are hard to judge because most casuals will just button mash. Most people don't know about the more advanced stuff that goes on in a match even if they get past button mashing, and usually at low levels tiers barely come into play unless it's something intended.

Grabs in SF4 have some wack properties

I believe it has to do with storyline:
It goes in more ways in one, but Ragna is to destroy the order of this, therefore rebelling against it. Rachel, among others, is trying to end the time loop (think Higurashi) through Ragna. There are some other things, but that's enough.
