Who is bringing what gear to the tourny?
I will bring a cube, 4 controllers (in case new people turn up and don't have one) and 1, maybe 2 TVS's depending on what I have to do, transportation wise.
Also I will bring A 6-plug poweeboard and 2 double adaptors.
Lollies as well if anyone requests them.

You guys should just try to hold a big meet somewhere instead of spending heaps on a venue and then having next to 0 prize money. You can still have the fee and get uber prize pot.
Actually, I suggested it to Ryan, and we might actually do that. Ryan's got a fairly spacious garage. Its cosy, and we'll have an ub3r prize pot.

Well The venue can be booked for the friday. But holding it on the saturday at my house seems like a much wiser idea as more people can turn up and the prize money will be three times at much.

I've an idea.
Maybe everyone can figure out what they want for lunch BEFORE, so we don't have people having to write it down and figure out all that crap on the day.
(There is a Pizza Hut, subway, fish n chips, and whatnot within 5 mins or Ryan's house)
Unless you have other ideas for lunch.
(If we do that then people have the right change beforehand IF possible.)
*prepares to be shot* - A small portion of the prize money could be spent on food for the tourny? *dies*
