Yeah, I reckon i could fit 20 people without too much hassle. I would just renovate the rumpus room and set up the T.V's and couches down there. I have 4 T.V's at the moment and I think i could have maybe 6 going at the max dowstairs and I would set up another couple upstairs as well. So i'd 4 only need an extra 4 T.V's

Im thinking this will have to be on a sunday if thats okay. Only because i work saturday nights. There is a bus that goes from the city to like 2 mins away from my house, so people from the coast can get there without too much trouble.
