Although these comments are kinda defeating that purpose, and there is that other side of the coin with honesty, but oh well.

I voted for Slowpert for a few reasons. Well really I just love his colouring. Other than that he is a great looking sprite and he just appealed to me the most out of the sprites entered. (so much so i regretted submitting Cacnechu right after he was revealed)

I voted for Mewter's submission. His scratching is amazing and he choose an interesting combination.

I had it whittled down to Aggroskhan and Cacachu, but I eventually settled in on Aggroskhan. The mixture is perfect and the choice placing also fit really well.

Should there be another category besides first and second place? Like Smogon's most humorous or most original?

Yes. That would make this a lot more entertaining. We could either shoot FTW or for humor (or other categories). I like that idea.

Perhaps in each round just have an honourable mention and give it "most humourous" or "most original" or whatever the case may be each round? Doesn't have to be a serious thing, could be "most likely to fire their laser" which would clearly go to Karpquaza in this round :D

After the first three weeks of the PSC the Hall Of Fame will be made starring members with the most wins / awards, etc. I'm not entirely sure how that will work out but I'll bug it along the way.

Private meaning you can't see who voted for what. In a public poll anyone can see who voted for who, and who would be the people who have yet to vote.

I voted for Campras because it just fits really well. Mine was initially intended as a joke so I'm not surprised it doesn't have any votes

I also fully support the multiple category idea. Most humourous and Most original is what Smogon does and I think that seems like a good idea.

Argh, got stuck between Regizor (?) and Aggraskhan. In the end I went for the latter, because I felt the theme and design suited it well enough.
