You'll need to make sure that you have the memory expansion first.

After that, you'll need to plug in a classic gray controller. (No other controller works for download requirements)

Lastly, you'll need to buy a "Hey You Pikachu" mic to coax your console to finish the update.

If you're talking about Squirtle, his shorter SH is a goodthing. It makes it easier confirm into fair when you uthrow, which is an extremely good finisher on nonfast fallers.

As FOR those fastfallers, Hydrograb > Aqua Jet is a death combo if you uthrow fast enough. Timing's a bit tricky at first, but it's hella good.

I'm happy to try and learn the benefits of his new SH, but being able to WL out of Dair/Nair/Bair and Double Fair and stuff was powerful.
