because ness pkt2 kills and also has a bigger hitbox on himself when pkt1 first comes out. thsi would mean if he up-b's it would be impossible to attack him

Most characters do not have more than 2 players doing well. There's only 1 great Lucario, for example.

I have trouble dealing with PK Fire only because I don't play enough players to really practice SDI.
