Eat chicken wraps from Mickey D everyday, without bacon or any sauce that adds calories. Eat that **** raw.

Unless you really need those calories to survive, then keep the extras.

Taco Bell you can get that chicken bowl which is pretty healthy on its own actually.

Whoa, whoa. Let's not say things we can't take back, here.
Grab a coffee, maybe a donut sure.

Breakfast, toss up between Tims and McDonalds.

If I want like, lunch, or dinner, I don't think I'm gonna choose Tim Hortons.

Can't you get a sandwich in this chain that should be higher quality than just about anything at Mickey D, I'm not Canadian so I wouldn't know.

I'll see if they give good portions with those, I'd imagine you'd have to eat a few of them and that's a lot of bread too. Is there anything cheap at Wendy's?
Just eat cup noodles for lunch
I don't think noodles are healthy, I'd be eating tuna cans everyday if I wasn't afraid of getting too much mercury.

Taco Bell got those loaded grillers from 2-5 for a buck though from Mon-Fri or everyday I believe. And I have Shaggy stoner like eating levels at times so this is good for me.

Has anyone actually looked at White Castle's hamburger meat? It has cafeteria mystery meat written all over it. White Castle should really only be used as a last resort, after you've exhausted all other options.

Nono, it's so easy. You can do it in the microwave even.
  1. Throw some water in a bowl, toss in some olive oil and a chicken bullion cube if you have one. I don't know the numbers, what the hell do you think this is. You'll end up with about twice as much couscous as you had water.
  2. Microwave for like two minutes or some ****. It should be steaming when you take it out.
  3. Dump in couscous. It'll all sink to the bottom. If you add too much couscous for how much water you had, it'll be dry, which is gross. Make sure there's some broth covering the couscous.
  4. Cover to trap the steam in, let it stand for 3 minutes.
  5. Come back, let's get spicy. I like to start with a **** load of parm, followed by an ass dosage of garlic, because that's the kind of guy I am. From there it's really up to you. You can go all tomato and basil if you're sophisticated, or just keep stacking on the garlic. I found these little pre-made mixes designed for making bread dipping sauce. They work great. (They have like four compartments in them, all various seasoning mixes around this area: like Rosemary and Garlic, Dried Tomato, Basil, etc.)
  6. Mix.
  7. Chow the **** down on the best god damn meal you've had in weeks.

This is the good ****:

This is the spice mix:

Guys, it's all about those mustard greens, 100% baby kale salad with dried cranberries, Naked green machine juice, macadamia nuts, and Udi's Ancient Grain simply sea salt chips. Oh and Trader Joe's 73% dark chocolate (if you aren't near a Trader Joe's then Udi's Maple Pecan chocolate chip cookies work fine).

As for actual food and not snacks... I'm lazy. I just fix gluten free pasta, red beans, or quinoa and steamed vegetables.

If anyone, and I mean -anyone- here, has a cold or the flu, go boil mustard greens and/or kale (stems included) until it starts falling apart or there's not much water left (or both). Drain the liquid into a cup, add a little sea salt, drink up and you will feel like you never had a cold (more like "Have I ever had a cold in my life before?" good). My mom has tried this, I have personally tried this, and I kid you not it works. Quit buying all that cold medicine junk or trying to be manly and take nothing. Not worth it when this fix is so easy.

you had me at green machine.

I'm not a big fan of Udi bread though, if there is a spouts near you I suggest you go and try Canyon Bakehouse brand breads, they are fantastic and honestly don't even taste gluten free. They were recently on sale here and I just got 2 loafs of sliced bread for 2 bucks each. Its well worth it even at regular prices though.

I tried running rain for a while, but it's tough man. With the rain nerfs it's a lot harder to make work.
I was definitely skeptical until I got myself junked by a few rain teams.
It felt like if I could take out Politoad I was golden as it's not too hard to stall out the rain and from there their core loses a lot of power.
Though it doesn't seem like trappers are played that much right now, and it seems like Politoad generally needs to be worn down with keeping up hazards (as he lacks leftovers), but hazards are just harder in general to keep up with Rapid Spin and Defog requiring different answers. Or if you can catch Politoad on a switch, but you're still leaving that up to your prediction skills, so it's not like it's a sure thing.

I'm glad that Rain feels pretty tame relative to last gen, but it still feels like a distinct step up from gen IV, and even then it was a viable, albeit fringe, strategy. Granted just because something worked in gen IV means nothing to the viability in future generations, but rain abusers have certainly improved since then and Politoad even without permanent rain is still a huge boon.
I doubt rain will be dominant this gen, but I definitely think it works.

Mmm, to be honest I don't eat bread anymore. I haven't eaten bread in several years probably. Nuts and chips fill that void. If I did eat bread, however, I'd probably eat Ezekiel 4:9 sprouted grain bread. It's all about those sprouts.

BUT SAPPHIRE HOW DO YOU HAVE FAT SANDWICHES WITHOUT BREAD?!?!

If we're talking food I just made myself some baked chicken that was as good on the wallet as it was my piehole.
1/3 a cup of butter melted into the bottom of the pan (not the healthiest, but better than oil and it crisps up the skin sooooooo much), a light coating of flour (with salt, pepper, paprika and crushed red pepper because I like the kick), and toss that **** right into the oven. 45 minutes later (flipping the chicken after 30) you got yourself some damn golden brown skin and juicy ass chicken.
Don't go for the boneless stuff IT'S A TRAP. You lose a lot of flavor and it's more prone to being dried out. Even if you're doing something like chicken salad it's going to taste a lot better if you make it with the bone in and just pull it off after cooking.
Made some garlic mashed potatoes to go with the chicken. I got leftovers for the next day or two, so I'm pretty stoked for that.

Chicken and potatoes are like... dollar per pound fresh at my grocery store. Can't beat a deal like that.

Here in Hawai'i...we don't have any of those :( (or Carl's Jr for that matter).
It's okay; you're missing nothing with no Carl's Jr.

That's all I'm gonna say on the fast food topic, because it's all i need to say. If you have no idea what this is then i truly feel sorry for you
I can smell it right now, and I want it, but I just ate! :( #FirstWorldProblems (there's one a block away from where I live; that's why I say that)
