it's not really any game developer's responsibility to make sure that you can voice chat with people in their game when literally everybody has a smartphone that they can use to call or skype or etc. with people

Also it IS a problem with Skype. that doesn't happen in mumble, vent, ts etc. Skype changes your mic boost unless you disable exclusive control in windows.

That is a SKYPE issue.

He throws out a post that seems relatively safe to punish, but just like lucario, it cancels on hit and allows him to not only break your shield, but cause mad disrespect at the same time.

I'm always wary of that match-up. gotta respect those tools at his disposal.

I think it is a responsibility if the game devs want their game to be competitive and team focused to provide suitable team communication abilities.

Well it happened to everyone I knew. *shrug*.

Perhaps I am too harsh on skype, but seeing how every update has made their IM and UI worse I am being too harsh on their voice system. I did use it for several years but I've found TS to be way better.

yes, I don't assume that other people should do extra work for the sake of my convenience when I have all of the convenient options already (I do this because I am an adult)

if you don't think that your smartphone which in itself can access the internet and do a myriad of things that solve all of these problems is convenient enough then you might have a problem of perspective

not to sound elitist here but if skype is using up a lot of your computer's resources it's probably time for an upgrade

my computer is seven years old and doesn't give me any problems with skype

random signouts are usually caused by either internet problems or having the account logged in to multiple different devices at once; the former is obviously not an easy problem to solve, but the latter is fairly manageable

as for the pangya issue I have no idea

It's actually pretty hard to maneuver their hands depending on the action. That's why I've come up with duct-taping my fingers to theirs so I can retract their fingers as well as push them forward. They're sometimes reluctant to that too so that's where I've got the waist belt and handcuffs but that's only on occasion.

In a month from now though I'm gonna teach this girl Smash.
Gonna start it off right by just thrashing her with Falco, and explaining you need 2 years to get good at Melee. Then I'll turn on PM and go from there.

Dota 2 is the only game I know of where I feel like the upsides outweigh the downsides with voice chat. Every game is a competitive oriented intimate 5v5 game, so it works. It also helps that it has the entire backing of Valve.

Finished my first play through of FE7. My only paired ending, aside from Pent and Louise ofc, was Lyn x Rath. But, aside from Awakening (which I only do because of how easy it is to build up and bonuses it gives), I rarely do supports in FE intentionally and it is usually more of just being an accident when the happen. But I have the feeling I might go out of my way for some other supports in this new play through due to the way they work in this game.

Started back on Lyn's mode, hard this time (which really isn't any different from normal aside from not being forced to do ****), but I'm just breezing through it and skipping all text so I can just get Nils to level 7 for the gaiden(s) of chapter 19. Though I have the feeling the game isn't going to let me jump straight to Hector's hard mode after completing the game once due to how the mode select only listed normal for his mode, meaning I most likely need to unlock it, which makes me sad.
