I just linked you to advanced techniques involving thinking, running, breathing, and see-ing, you would think that techniques which seem so intuitive and accessible would be obvious and not require significant backtracking to institute, (or it would if measures of how intuitive something is weren't primarily subjective, mostly because they professionally don't exist past push labeled-button and can't really be measured objectively in the first place) have fun with that.

Everything is as accessible as the depth at with which we are willing or capable of perceiving -common sense 2015

As a heads up, the point was everything is accessible to a degree, what Magus was describing will only effect those who have invested enough time into the game to benefit from micro-interactions. I paralleled this with various unintuitive techniques that can help a person with higher-level activities in select areas of more physical achievement. The connection is clear, the fact that smash is incredibly accessible at a basic level is as close to true as any such blanket statement can possibly be, especially when compared to other fighters which have long arbitrary inputs for simple movements and moves/combo's. However the deeper you go, big surprise lurking here be warned, the more information you have to have as a pre-requisite to even understand what you're "looking at", so to speak. Nothing is accessible at high-levels except to those who've invested the time and energy into making it so. This is true for any career, or activity, and painfully obvious so I'm not really sure why I'm expanding on it, I guess because I love my fishies.
TLDR: It isn't realistic or even productive to associate an arbitrary measurement of the accessibility of micro-interactions, and highest-level techniques with the over-all accessibility of something, because even walking becomes obnoxiously complex when you do so... and accessibility has become a blanket-term for something that cannot easily be measured past a point in which few, if any, of the people in this thread can still relate to.
