I rescused this beautiful 28 inch crt from a parking lot.


I cleared room for it, it fit perfectly on my side table. I plug it in, hit power to check if it works, and it sparks and smoke started pouring out the vents.
RIP in peace new crt, you must have had a good life to go out so dramatically. It's sad to see electric gold die, you will be missed.

@Ripple Did you demonstrate this yet?

From testing it, airdodging sideways with Marth (And I assume Roy) into the stage causes Marth to be bumped up by the stage rather than wavelanding. Might have something to do with how the lower collision interacts with the stage, though I can't say for sure. Might just be that Marth moves slightly upwards when airdodging.

EDIT: Something is definitely off with his lower collision point.

Yeah pretty much, except I just plugged it straight into the wall outlet, not stacking strips. I assumed thats why it was in the parking lot to begin with, If it was 10 years ago I could get parts to fix it but I dont think its worth it.
