I'm picked up right away that you were practicing your dd. so I kept attacking were you were going to start my combos. Your options in the neutral of how I see it is either you space,go in for the attack, or attack were they are going to be at. Also counter attack if your not sure which option to choose plus make sure to mix it up every time.
I see...I did feel like there were times in our first few games where I got punished for being overly defensive. Do you think this is true?

Edit: if you have time, you can just send me a PM instead of posting in here.

Like the times between the input and the move actually working?

yo that was mad rude
What did you mean by this? I take it you meant during one of the Ness games lol.

Fun games though, very impressed with that Wolf in particular. One of the best I've played. Just try not to roll so much when you feel like pressure isn't in your control. Wavedash out of shield or a retreating aerial/projectile is usually a safer bet than dodging most of the time. Nice Toon Link as well. The Roy mirrors were funny, I love that ditto. <3 Thanks for playing!

You got lazy at the end. Just because you have a frame advantage doesn't mean you get to be lazy! Nooooooope, not up in this here house!

Also no offense taken, I usually play very campy against people with spammy projectile characters. Especially when they basically have no delay and bait in hopes of punishing my already laggy approach. Sorry if that frustrated you are something. :C

Does anyone else want to fight?

GG's

Sadly, i have to say that you should play more offensive, because if you wait your oppoent to go to you it makes it too boring after some matches dude.
That's why I usually pick small maps. If you notice, when we are on small maps the matches rarely lasted more than 3 minutes. On bigger map the match lasted longer, but I really try to stick to my guns.

More room = more spacing = more camping = longer boring matches

So I also admit that when I am on a bigger map, I tend to camp. Bigger maps make it harder for me to read if the screen is constantly changing the zoom point. I usually have a frame disadvantage, meaning that my opponent's attacks have less start up lag and ending lag by the time my TV displays what's actually going on. A slight movement can easily throw off my approach or read. It's kind of sad, but hey I can't do anything about it. So I become ultra defensive, just so I don't become a salty punching bag.

However, I'm not going to be all "wah pls pick smaller stages and chars who don't move fast so I can have a chance at fighting while being as aggressive as I want!!! I don't want to fite u bcuz u no play the way I waaaant!"

Though if someone has the proper setup and barely has any delay, I usually try not to fight them. They teleport all over if they wavedash and attack almost instantly. What's worse is they often play Ganon, Falcon, Link, Tink, Fox, Falco, Samus, Ness, M2, Marth, or Lucas. So that means I'm getting poked by ridiculous range, ran over by there supersonic speeds, or I'm being slathered in a delicious spam glaze. :C #firstworldproblems
