Problems with CPU Characters

Doesn't the Cpu makes u mad when they're against u sometimes in FFA(Free For All)?
Which Com Character u hate to face in Lv9 or Beat it up Badly?
Seriously, CPU Brawlers Hate Human!

I find lvl 9 Luigi's and Olimars annoying. I can beat them but they are really annoying . . .

Pikachu: Edgeguards like they're being played by pros
Falco: Spams the blaster and somehow hits me every single time

1. Any spammy character like Olimar or Pikachu.
2. Any character with a charge up attack like Samus or DK. They start charging, you run up and attack them, they perfect shield, run away, and continue charging.
3. My mains, because the computers have learnt my combos (This is Brawl+ BTW).

I don't see why everyone has a problem with luigi. I don't find him annoyiung in the slightest.
