Practice vs. Skill

Hey, I'm doing a statistics project and I'd like some of you to answer a few questions concerning your practice habits.
By practice, I mean anything that contributes to the furthering of your knowledge or skills in the game, be it watching videos, playing nonstop, replays, strategies, etc.
How many hours per week do you practice?
What does your practice usually consist of?

I don't have the means to play Brawl but I put in about 30 hours a week of practicing techniques, strategies, watching videos, and first to 3 or 5 sets online. For the time being I just watch videos.

Once a week for about 6-7 hours of playtime in total. Practice consists of playing and fixing as many mistakes as possible. The rest is just theory crafting.
