I'm pretty sure if you flame choke someone at a ledge, so that they grab it, they have no invincibility frames. I tested it against computers, and I could flame choke into ledge spike everytime, as long as they stayed there. I know it isn't much, but if it works, that means a flame choke at a ledge could result in a spike if the person decides to just hang out.

If this works, it means a choke from anywhere is a guaranteed kill with my chainchoking.

Yes.

If you don't have enough time to spike, the Dash Attack or Down-Tilt should work no? :)
A Forward Smash should also work if you aim it down  I have to try that ;)

I haven't tested this thing yet, but I kinda just assumed you wouldn't often be given enough time to Stomp them. I was thinking something more like a run off BAir or UAir. BAir stage spikes kill ridiculously low because the move is often really fresh.

Hmmm...

This could very well be garantueed. Animations in Brawl are long and tedious, including the 'ledge' animation. It takes a long time for your opponent to get away from the ledge (ESPECIALLY compared to Melee, where it's lagless). I don't think the invincibility stays as long as it should (not the full duration of the 'ledge' animation)... In that case, with good timing, you should be able to knock them off it.

Frame data would be conclusive about this.

i tried it .... maybe half a dozen times in a random match .... i dont think we can get the spike... but i agree with hyper that with good timing we may get a b-air or u-air...

just like koskinator said ...it always seemed like my partner had to let me get the spike.... since he knew what i was trying to do he reacted the exact way that would allow for it to work...but in a real match where the opponent knows about this...

but any discovery with Ganon is a good one

Just tested this on Donky Kong, which I know for a fact that Ganon can dtilt him while he's hanging. He still got invincibility frames when on the edge :(. Method: flame choked near the edge > dtilt right after. DK didn't get hit.

I tested on Donkey Kong, Ike and Lucas:

- Down Tilt don't work
- Forward Smash don't work
- Dash Attack don't work
- Back Air don't work
- Up Air don't work
- The only attack who work is Down Air if they jump immediatly after grabbing the edge.

So you don't have enough time to do any attack if they don't stay on the edge because they are still invicible

could always roll or SH back and try to tipper your utilt. it's probably, at the least, fairly safe against most of the cast?
