So I went to SIEGE 2010 last weekend, lost to Afro in winners and then had to forfeit in losers after beating a good wairo player named BMX, but I had to leave so after I beat him I forfeited and let him have my spot anyway, would have had to play NinjaLink next and ended up getting 9th out 103 with Ally, Seibrik, NinjaLink, Reflex, etc all being here. Here are some vids of me from the tourney of me vs afro which I'd love critique on, and me vs some random TL. I have one more set coming up of me vs mekos which was by far my closest set I've ever played and a must watch 3rd game, but IDK when those vids will be up.

I kind of already know what I did wrong, I even noticed in the games we played, but for some reason couldn't adjust, even though I usually don't do this, but I think Afro's awkward playstyle made it difficult for me to adjust even though I knew what to do and usually didn't do it, mainly I wasn't camping hard enough and every time he got close in the air I'd throw the banana even though he still had midair jumps and just jumped away and I kept falling for it, I'd also like to know WHAT I'M DOING WELL as well as WHAT I'M DOING BAD. here's the set:

Me vs Dragon (TL):

Me Vs Mekos (Lucas) game 3:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91tYwK9tpEU

the TL MU is weird for me, I always do about the same against TLs no matter what their level is, if their a random scrub they usually get me last stock low-middish percents and same with mid and high level TL players (granted I've only ever played high level TL players over wifi) so IDK

Main thing I'm looking for are bad habits which I kind of already know most of mine, but would love to hear if anyone else noticed any I haven't or if their MU specific

edit: Just watched the vids vs afro and just noticed that I'm too aggressive with fairs in that MU, I think that's partially due to the fact that I'm use to using it other MUs because rising fair can hit EVERY char EXCEPT MK (when he's standing still on the ground) and another thing it that Afro knew how to edgeguard diddy really well as well as being able to keep control of momentum, after I destroyed him 1st stock game 1 he easily got momentum back, but after my SD 2nd stock I wasn't able to do the same. I also got punished a lot for running to the other side of the stage/away from platforms after hitting him away to pull bananas out which I could have easily pulled them out then and there and gotten to them quicker before he could punish me. On the good note, I think I did really well as fair as my bair mixups in the MUs as well as a couple of very good predictions on my part and some good combos =)

These sets were at a recent tournament called bulldog brawl. I got 2nd place net to reflex who got first, but I did pretty well against him. I beat a wario in LF so that'll be up soon as well.

Edit: u did not sd 2nd stock. Instead, afro knew u would panic in that situation and recover fast thus taking advantage of that he edgeguarded u

Just saw your edit, well I didn't consider it an SD, but when I was talking to NL and Kismet for advice they both referred to it as an SD so I'm like "okay, I'll just say it was an SD then"

banana control man. Stop throwing nan's forward for no reason. It's a terrible habit. Hold onto your nan's longer too, just holding the banana puts forth pressure, mix up when you're going to throw it. You did this several times in the second match against afro as well as the TL. You have good tech skill though. Try to mix-up the way you recover and don't always Pull a banana then side b towards it to catch it while in the air, that's read really easily.

Although I'd be happy with that since gnes isn't on there cuz he loses to ikes and GaWs, it is incorrect...unless it's upside down.

he's just a random that Ive never heard of or met either I played him 2nd round of tournament and honestly I wasn't per say 'sandbagging' in that match I just wasn't thinking very hard and it didn't take it as seriously as I did against other people later in the bracket.

edit: no offense to you if you read this =(
