I won't say anything about that cutest because everyone should know what I think is the cutest. DOWN-SMASH melee ice climbers down-smash is the cutest same for ice climbers and most of the pokemon are too. Sorry pikachu is outnumbered by pichu's taunts even his duck is a taunt and his slow walk and better colors all of pichu's colors are amzing sorry but red hat isn't nearly as good as nazi pichu.
Oh and I like kirby with the j-puff hat use rollout and pause the slower kirby is the better.
But yeah pikachu would be high tier for cuteness, but you can't beat nana banana

I won't talk about things I don't know about like pikachu's upair spikes and stuff heck I hate playing as pikachu, but I am always cranking out ideas and testing them for pichu and everyone's die there.
