Wario gives some trouble because he is heavy and somewhat fast. His attacks also come out so fast. But when I play my brother I just get him off the stage and ledge hop thunder for the easy kill.

Ness and Lucas will heal from any thunder jolt approaches because their \/B's drop quick. They can also heal from thunder just as easily.

Pit is more so of a problem than the space animals (Falco, Fox and Wolf) because he can not only reflect your thundershocks and thunders but can even stop your entire \/A with that mirror sheild of his. And thats besides the annoyingly fast arrows that are hard to dodge.

The space animals can reflect but you can outprioritize most of what they attack with and can crawl under their lasers

Space animal reflectors aren't an issue. It's easy to spam thundershocks so that you jump again as it comes back to you, which you can then approach with, still avoiding the retaliation shock and then hit the space animal who is now in lag. Thunder is far from useless against them as well, as even though it gets reflected back to ht you, if you just jump and use thunder (you know, like you always had to do in melee due to the lag?), you won't get hit and you'll put them in lag, which you can then punish them for. Honestly, the psi magnets are a much bigger problem for projectile spamming. Everything I've heard about pit suggests he would be a very difficult match for pika, although I haven't played enough of him yet to really know just how big of a problem it is.

I haven't had much trouble outspamming other projectile users (ie. toon link), but characters with range are the biggest problem I've had. Marth, Ike, etc. Ike isn't as big of a problem as marth, considering on stages with smaller ceilings you can pretty much 0-death him from a grab (which isn't *too* hard to get with his lag), and if you get him below the stage, thundershock is an easy gimp, interrupting his upB before he can rise from it. He just drops. The QAC also helped out here big time. Really, I think the hardest matchups that I've had were either lucas or marth, although it's been a couple days since I've fought either, and wasn't using the QAC then.

Some characters that have a reflector move that surrounds their Body (Zelda, Fox) can be troublesome if you use thunder often. If they use their reflector on thunder, and if you let thunder hit you, you get zapped, but not them. This is if you rely on thunder too much.

Pit is a difficult opponent with his arrows, as well as his mirror shield. He has decent range to counter pika's good attacks.

Zelda, as mentioned before has that reflector attack that poses a threat to Pika's projectiles. She can kill Pika with Up-air when he's at about 80%, depending on how big the stage is.

Of course, Lucas and Ness are troublemakers for Pika, but we already know why.

Reflectors have lag when they reflect things. Use this to your advantage, and just don't use thunder without doing a running jump first. It really isn't a big problem, and can be used to your advantage if you play smart.

Pits angel ring- side B can reflect thunder and thunder jolt, so he can attack and repel ur attacks at th same time. on the flipside, his arrows will miss pikachu on the ground unless aimed.

ness and lucas have given me the biggest problems but it seems like if you can get thunder off immediately after hitting them into the air, your can usually do damage before they can absorb the damage.
