In case anyone is still looking for updates to this guide, there won't be any. I tried to contact the author about helping him update the thread and he is completely absent it seems. Instead, I wrote a new guide that outlines most/all of Falco's advanced techniques in addition to detailing specifics about his attacks. You can find it here:

It's OK to bump a topic if someone has really good reason to. It prevents making a duplicate thread. However, seeing as how that's not the case...
