I'd say Pico has at least 85% chance of being in brawl. I mean if it wasn't for him THE most important event in F-zero history wouldn't have happened.
I like the F-zero series a lot, but unfortunately (as the apparent lack of interest in your thread shows) not very many people feel the same way. I think you are overly optimistic if you think that there is an 85% chance that Sakurai will include three F-zero charcaters. There was one only one f-Zero character on his poll (the lamest villian in history: the Black Shadow).

Hopefully, someone will have the good sense to inform Saukurai that Falcon's rival Saumerai Goroh is the character most worthy to be included in Brawl. Any f-Zero character beyond that, I'm afraid, is a lot cause.

F-zero is a big franchise and has had one rep for two games straight I'd say that gives them the right to three reps.

As great as F-zero is, it is not nearly as big a series like Zelda and Pokemon. Two characters would be generous.
Pokemon is losing it's flavor no thanks to the 3rd generation. Now the fourth is makin me get interested again.

As for F-Zero just you watch. They'll be Captain Falcon, (better be:mad: ) a rival, and a villain. Watch and see.

Sorry, but you're talking to someone who sucks at F-zero (although I still enjoy it emensely). Are you reffering to something that happened in the story mode of F-zero GX? Despite my best efforts, I have been unable to advance past the third level . Maybe you should just tell me the event that you are reffering to.

Pico's reckless driving is the cause of the greatest F-Zero crash to ever happen. If the great crash never happened then blood falcon would never have existed and F-Zero would be completely different than it is now.

Hmm... that does sound pretty significant.

However, it does not change the fact that F-zero is too underapreciated for three charcaters to be included. As I've said, based on the lack of F-zero charcaters in Sakurai's poll he does not place much emphasis on the franchise.

@ Wiseguy Well that is the most ******** post I've ever seen on the smash boards. What I meant by my previous post is maybe there where more characters he was considering but he didn't put them on the poll for one reason or another.

Thanks for the positive feed back on the moveset shade.

Really? Considering I've only been posting here for a few days, you have to admit that's pretty impressive.

And I agree that Sakurai is most likely considering more charcaters. My point was that only seeing the Black Shadow on that poll is not a positive sign.

On the blue planet next to the sun, can't miss it!
Yes, I like Pico but he doesn't fit
I see ur logic but he could fit! The ONLY, and mesays ONLY, way he would fit is if he had a kick *** arsenal of guns (which would be a possibility)

What makes me say this is if you read Pico's bio it clearly states that he's an assassin. Also I think they hint at it in his ending video (I think you can unlock that by beating FZGX on Very Hard)

I'm going to revive this thread while pointing out that, with Goroh confirmed to NOT be in, or however you want to say it, Pico's chances go up quite a bit. Now the competition for F-Zero villain (if there is one) is between him, Deathborn, and Black Shadow, and he's the oldest of the three, if that counts for anything.

i would prefer this guy to black shadow only because i fing hate the black shadow fans, always saying "oh since he was on the poll he's got to get in". but i would still prefer none got in save captain falcon because of goroh's AT

I think the opposite. I think Goroh being unconfirmed lowers Pico's chances because he is not as much a recognizable character as Goroh. If Goroh isn't in, then Pico shouldn't be. That being said, Black Shadow is the only other F-Zero character that has and chance, IMO.

You couldn't be more wrong. Pico was one of the original four racers and is considered by some people (or at least by me) to be the original villain of the F-Zero franchise and unlike BS he isn't dead and unpopular.

You think F-Zero deserves as many representatives as the Legend of Zelda series, and more than Metroid, Donkey Kong, or Star Fox? Seriously?
You obviously can't count. 2+1=3 which is what I said I thought F-Zero should get in reps Zelda will probably stick with four or five characters like it did in melee metroid will get two or three (I'm betting on three not counting Zamus) DK I'm guessing will get three and SF WILL get three no matter how much the Falco users ***** and moan for four reps.
