Petition: Unban Denti!

The condescending tone of this post is astounding and pretty uncalled for dude. Why would you choose to belittle someone for no reason?

It would be easier, in the long run, to just unban the person who is already actively doing the work than for someone else to pick up where he left off. Once again, you're being very condescending to people just because we want to back up our friend and ask you to unban him. I've already considered your suggestion, but the fact of the matter is that I personally don't have time to dedicate to be able to do that. I would love to organize these things myself, but I have neither the time nor the motivation nor the connections to do so. Unbanning Denti would be a simple, elegant solution to our current situation which will, in the long run, provide more benefits to our community than trying to rally everyone behind a new community leader.



Not all of us have the time or patience to do so. I'm happy that your community had multiple options to cover the gap when the major TO and supporter stepped down, but ours just doesn't have that type of backing. We're largely a community of people who like to sit down and play the game rather than try and organize events and Denti is the only one of us with the motivation and connections that I mentioned before. It would be plain-and-simple easier for everyone in our community if his ban was lifted.



Sergio (ALSM) has a lot going on in his personal life at any given time and doesn't have the time or capability to take over those responsibilities.



Spell this out for me - Why is it such a problem to unban Denti? It's the easiest, most efficient solution to every concern we have up here as a community and we have multiple people backing up the request to lift his ban. This is the most obvious way to handle the situation, yet the moderator group won't budge.

So, to repeat this - Please spell out the reason for why Denti will not have his ban lifted when lifting the ban would be an easy solution, is backed up by active and knowledgeable players in the community, and will also provide a huge asset to the local community.

Sean, he broke the rules. Simple as that, to belittle that is telling everyone we don't have standards. Personally I don't care weather Denti comes back or not, nor is it my decision, it's the Admin's.

And I'm not saying ALSM (I was just throwing out a name) per-say should fill the gap, but you're seriously telling me there is NO ONE in all of DFW that can step up to the plate to make a tourney thread? What is it Denti is doing on the boards that no one else is capable of? It's not like we've banned him from running tournaments.

Post a thread and let Denti take care of the tourney when it comes to it, that's all you have to do. Can't make the rules and post a gif? Don't have time to promote? Have Denti do all of this stuff outside of SWF then have DFW copy/paste.

I'm giving you guys a solution to your problem but it's not the solution you guys want. Denti ****ed up, plain and simple.

And to everyone else trying to belittle the fact that porn was posting is being moronic. We have rules here at SWF, they're very simple and easy to follow, I'm sorry we're not 4chan but if you guys can't follow a few simple rules to make this site a clean one then don't post here. Without rules there's only chaos, grow up people.

There is no excuse for posting porn(in any form). Children(15 and below ) get on this site and they should not have to see that ****. Besides all of that, SWF is owned by MLG. Do you think they want to have a site that allows(or doesnt HARSHLY punish) porn?

The problem isn't just that he's posted porn, though. He's also made alts, or has been using alts to get around the ban on his account. That in and of itself is ANOTHER rule being broken. And when told to be patient so that someone could possibly help him? He continued to post on alts.

Kinda hard to ask for an unban on a guy who's consistently choosing to break the rules right in their faces, despite talking to moderators concerning the whole issue.

This same thing happened to me, i got banned from aib for posting hentai, yeah I had to deal with it, I was perma banned, it took me a year to get unbanned, and i had to write an essay and go through a whole process, i had to talk to nealdt and staff, effort, and hella ****., he should be unbanned eventually but it's too soon, another 10 months and it'll be good.

Regardless of the situation, Denti is never going to get unbanned if he doesn't stop making alternates. I've talked to him about this. I know others have as well. But if someone doesn't get that through his head, he won't be coming back. Also, his IP is not banned from the Site. Just him and all of the alts he's created. He knows this.
