So who won the buy-backs? Hastule, Studly, or Legion?
Man, Hastule if it wasn't for the TV lag, i bet u would've made it to finals, i still want to play you (with a CRT).

haha yeah i ended up winning the buybacks. and **** that lag on the screen was sooooo annoying. I just tested all the chaingrabs i tried to do to the Yoshi on my tv just now and 0 deathed all of them extremely easily. Im so frustrated lol. But hey,at least i won buybacks so im happy about that. The best part was,because of the round robin i had to win 2 sets against the pokemon trainer,and in the VERY last match i won it with DK!!! lmfao. Im still laughing about that hahaha.

Btw, for ppl who are confused about Ccounterpick.
Set format (In Order of Procedure):
1. Opponents choose their characters for the first match *
2. Opponents start the stage striking procedure
3. Each player may announce one stage to be banned for counterpicks of the set
4. The first game is played, using the stage chosen during step 2
5. The loser of the previous match announces the next match's stage from either the Starter Stage List or the Counter Stage List
6. The winner of the previous match chooses their character
7. The loser of the previous match chooses their character
8. Repeat steps 5-7 for all proceeding matches
*Double blind character selection may be called for the first match

It just sucks how far spread apart we all are rofl. Would be nice if all of us were concentrated in the Peoria area tbh, that way maybe smashin' it at Rashad's upgraded to TWO TVs instead of loser out 
Def. Peoria is the best place for all of us to get together, definatly Rashads place is the best place to go to since, Studly and Me in elmwood, Hastule and whoever in Pekin, Gooey and Dart in EP, Rashads place is like in the middle of all that, its like the perfect place to hang out smashing ppl (lol). We definately to have more ppl in the smash community of central illinois, introducing them to SWF, etc.

well im not from pekin,im from tremont. But yeah im really really close to pekin haha.Personally GS is the most convenient for me just cause i could ride my bike to it if i really wanted to hahaha. I only live about 8 or so miles away? And yeah i really wanna have another brawl tourny here soon.

that match fox vs Diddy was awesome... that epic shine stall ftw ... well played

im pretty sure Sam was the pokemon trainer. He's the one that i went against in the finals for the buyback tournament.

An example of a crew would be DBR(Hella, King, Zelgadis, GERM, Silent Spectre, Hylian, Clod Zero, Bob$, etc.)
They're probably a lot closer to each other than us, so that's one thing that makes them a crew I guess. They also all pretty much play the same game, or at least they used to. But yeah, that's basically a crew, hopefully you know who they are so you can get a good idea rofl.

haha,well,saying i went "toonlink,DK" might not be entirely accurate,cause i also went D3 before that for a match,and i also went Ice climbers for a couple matches. But yeah i won the very last set with DK hahahaha

hmm...no idea haha. The only place i can think of would be to rent out GS like AJ said we could. Although idk how many people i could bring though...cause to be honest my group is pretty much all casual that goes to the tournaments except for me and 1 other kid,but that person only plays melee now so eh =| lol. It'd be cool if we could get a 3rd crew to go,to make up for the suckage of mine though lol.
