hmm, if i could get away with the robbery then i'd choose that, cause i think it'd be awesome giving 250k to a charity i'm actually interested in supporting. they'll probably wonder where a 21 year old guy got 250k to give to charity but i'll just be like fvck ittttttttt

You can decide to live however else you want, obviously necessities are provided in this hypothetical situation. Most likely you won't have a lot of funds right when you start though. Plus, even if you could buy a years worth of herb, if you blazed all day you would probably fail.
Let's say the potential is... 30%. Would it change if it was 50%? No higher than a 50-50 shot tho

what kind of solitude? can i have a tv with some dvds? or is it just me alone in a house where i magically have infinite food but i can't leave the premises.
i mean, i'm going to do it no matter what
i don't think i would go crazy as long as i'm not struggling for sustenance and have SOMETHING to do to entertain myself (books, models to build, art supplies, an instrument, records, whatever i can get)
if im literally sitting in a 8x10 cell where i dont get anything but a bed, a toilet, and food that is shoved in through a tiny slot in the door, i probably couldn't hang
there are a lot of options, but i think it could handle it in almost any situation to be honest.

Okay let me be more clear,
You live in your house (alone), and own whatever you own right now. You get something like a minimum wage pay (whatever income you're living on right now... so basically nothing extravagant, a bit more than raw subsistence). You can go out to the store, you can drive around, but your interactions with people aren't more than your casual greetings and you don't get to see anyone you're close with.
Now your work requires a lot of effort and you will just have enough time (8 hrs) to sleep. So you don't get a TON of leftover time to just chill, let's say you work 12 hours and have to find time to eat/sleep in the remaining 12 hours. You get a lunch break.
Then you have a 70% chance of not succeeding.
I hope this didn't end up more confusing -_-

I like how you're kinda comparing to me and you.
I pick your situation because the biggest reason is of course possibly earning a million dollars, of course you have to give up on people like your girlfriend, friends and family which sucks alot. I don't mind working 12 hours a day and such. Even tho there's a 70% of failure, I would still take it and earn something.

i would think eventually the nerves would die or whatever and you wouldn't really feel it

Can you image like at your wedding just before you kiss the bride or when you're getting it on with your girl? **** dude or like when you're about to eat and ****? Even with that huge amount of money....That's limited but the kicking is like til you die and **** with no way out. The no permanent damage was a huge no....Feeling the pain over and over? **** that!

Nah, I just couldn't do that! Woken up by getting kicked in the b@lls EVERYDAY would suck forever! Not to mention that you're gonna get kicked 2 more times at random later in the day!

I guess dying nerves would be considered damaged! It wouldn't work in this case because you wouldn't get permanent damage! Meaning you're gonna feel the force hitting your family jewels every time!

the main decider for me is: do I still get to decide when I wake up? does the guy wait until 8 hours have past to kick my balls? because it would kinda suck if I only got like 3 hours of sleep a night.
