Nothing makes me happier than to see a video synced to music.
Although it was on the short side, it was pretty sweet.

And yeah the video had to be 90 seconds long for this contest, so I couldn't add more, otherwise I would have included like longer clips or something.

As a fellow olimar main, I'll say it was alright. I dont think the clip quality was strong enough throughout and overall the combos were lacking a fair amount (like 2 hitters, which olimar can easily do, even if its hitting with an up+b). Don't get me wrong though, you had a couple real solid clips in there. Good music and syncing though. I'm sure your future movies with a larger timeframe will definitely be a big improvement.

And to the people who love to say don't criticize unless you're making a video, I am, and itll prolly be out the end of May/early June.

For the combo vid - was really impressed with the use of the up b...didn't like the beginning, liked the syncing but down smash is not impressive :D...Either way, I liked it a lot.

I saw this it was quite entertaining and it even taught me some new interesting things (throwing purples for edgeguarding, honestly it seems so basic but I haven't thought of it). And your up b work is nice, I haven't used that move much either. Some really solid core olimar gameplay, nice work.

I know and am aware that the clips are...well... ok.

But know this - I got this all from ONE 3-and-a-half hour recording session. And that's all I had to work with because I hadn't started on this project earlier (for the contest).

But oh well.

If I made a future video, I doubt I'd use any of the clips in this video (except maybe the Lucas one), and of course it'd be longer (no 90-second restriction), and yeah I wouldn't have synched dsmashes for the beginning (though that's something that I've been wanting to do for the last 4 years, with melee clips - samus dairs.) Also, I'd record multiple sessions and get a lot better clips.

Still, thanks for watching - and yeah, I get a lot of comments from people for using the Up+B - do other people not use it that much? It seems like a great move to use, I think... (you can even kill at higher percentages) - such a great hitbox.

Yeah, not many people really use the up+B but I think I might start. It's sort of like a traditional anti-air move, the hitbox is big and stays out. It's just odd how you use it at the end of combo's, since the knockback isn't TOO great. But everyone plays different and I like how you use it and I'll certainly implement it in some form into my gameplay as well :D
