Oklahoma Thread: Weekly events for all games in OKC and Tulsa

Yah peach vs falco is the worst match up ever in most any stage, thers no way to beat her in a straigh forward match with falco, one she can down smash, two she can chain gram. If I went in to fight normally he would have killed me faster, and thats pretty bad. So yah I spam for reasons.

And you chris I remember once you won, but if you say two then whatever, still I came back later on. And I have decided on the three characters to use in kansas, Fox, Shiek and Marth

I need to practice against chris one more time for about an hour with nothing but peach vs shiek matches so I can get used to them. I can win with shiek but Its not a win for me unless I feel more confident.

And my fox is pretty ready to go.

Why can't you all be like pablo and just deal with the lasers, when we first faught I and I did that he didn't say anything, after the tourny and hanging at fests and doing it, he didn't complain, and even now he dosn't complane. You guys just don't realize I was fighting a peach......the only worse it could be is jiggly puff...

JIgglypuff is awesome, not nearly as cheap as peach. Youre crazy Shade, youre crazy.

shade, given it was peach, and chris's peach, ok. Just keep in mind the things we categorize as "***** moves", such as:
chain grabbing
laser spamming
the infinite grab (i'm looking at you rasta)
spamming the fsmash (guilty)
drill shining for the entire match
so on and so forth

Jiggly puff is the biggest piece of lame in the game, "Oh I'm jigllypuff" "watch me never get shield grabed and come out all the way to the end of the level to edgegaurd you when you cant do anything" "and watch me spam my aireals and get out of range before you can hit me" Jiggly puff is a ******** character for ever.

Why don't you get mad at chris for spamming chain throw or downsmash. Its worse than laser which do like 1 damage.

TGM, YOU and ME battle in FD Falco vs Marth!!!!! Lol sorry but I am curious to see as to what your reaction would be after 4 matches with the same circumstances.

Jigglypuff at least dies more than properly. Speaking of which, I need more Jigglypuff practice. Though I like fighting Peach, it's a challenge. The only character that I really don't like fighting is Samus, because Samus is just... gay. But you know, we all have our pet peeves, like mine is Samus, and Jigglypuff is just Shade's pet peeve.

Fsmash spamming with Marth will only take you backwards if you're fighting a good opponent, such as KOS-MOS, Shade, or Vegafuse. They'll either shield or dodge you and then you'll get punished. You have to use it with finesse.

Anyway, you guys should check out some new vids that I've got up. There'll be some more to come.

cfalc combos are too frustrating when i screw them up. i am more concentrated on having fun and not getting upset at a video game.

The next big smashfest will probably be in two weekends. However, next weekend Reno, King_Gt, whoever else isn't going to Kansas and I should get together and smash. Speaking of, I just realized that when everyone else is gone to Kansas I'll be the best player positioned in the state, lol.

but yeah i agree...

when i fight chris, sure, i somehow manage to crouch cancel every single down smash, but i ahve fun when i fight him...probably because samus and peach both dont die. who knows.

but when i fight shade....i get annoyed....most of the times i try and just seethe in silence, but if someone else something first, ill just have to agree. and then it goes form there..

also, pablo, my mom says shell meet you on the 15th of october, a sunday...one of these i should get on aim and just talk that way, but whatever. aim is lame.

uhh i could probably come over anywhere any saturday, but.....my car has a problem, i wont go into detail since i dont thnk anyone here knows anything about cars, but basically i can either pay hundreds of dollars and get it fixed, do it the redneck way, which costs like 20$ but could braek the car worse, or live with it until it finally breaks, probably on the highway...

but on the short term i have to bring it to the attention of my mother without angering her, a difficult task indeed.

hmm....i need to somehow entrench myself as one of the best in the state, so that whenver anyone things of oklahoma, theyll think of me....but in order to do that, i need to see where i officially stand when the power rankings happen. i do know that i get shade down to one stock with samus and 2 with link....but what does beating shade count for these days anyway....

also, i have a plan.

the seeding in the brackets for power-ranking will be based on how many kills you get during the warm-up free crew battles. no matter who you play, which will suck for some, but if someone 4-stocks you, it's not like you'll be at the top of the power-rankings anyway.

i'm a total genius, i know.

k, everyone was wondering about the lists, and i don't care to keep them secret anymore. this way, we'll have something to talk about. the crews have been decided, no changes shall be made, and like i said, the amount of kills you get will give you your seeding. this means it's a smart decision to put titans up against n00bs, and basically just see which titan pwns more n00bs, or, it's a fair decision to be true to your crew and play another titan if you are one. how will it go? who knows. but, captains decide who plays who and when, obviously, they should listen to volunteers first and have everyone talk it out before dictating, but yeah. captain just have final say.

Vegafuse: Southpaw, Derrick, Marc, Po Pimpus, Heath, Pay$, Keroku, Natural Pro, King GT
KOS-MOS: Shade, Zinth, Scud, Andy, Reno, Dart, Rasta, Shanx

the only thing i will ask is that, is pay$ and rasta want to be on the same warmup crew, since they are brothers, we sub pay$ or rasta for whoever.

each team gets 40 stock to split, and it has to be distributed as evenly as possible. for instance, if my team does have all 9 people show up, 5 of us would get 4 stock, 4 would get 5. that makes 40, without one person getting too much stock, keeping it fair. everything will work out, for sure. no matter who shows up.

Yah you only do it against me, lol, chris the only person that you beat me using with was my Marth which has not faught a peach in at least three weeks. And against my shiek you only won once on fd, which I returned the favor in a rematch and one that, I also beat your peach with shiek in yoshi story, pokemon stadium and fountain of dreams, and my fox beat your peach in FD, my falco dosn't do as good though, and I didn't manage to beat your peach with my falco, but I am not using him mutch anymore. Though I am sure you got better, as did I, 5 hours straight against southpaw yesterday got me a better idea to where I stand and need to be.

Lol, if people watch us fight, for a good few hours, theyll find out that agianst my marth and falco yah you can beat them pretty bad sometimes, but if I use shiek or fox, the tides turn dramatically sometimes, were almost even.

And no you being a peach user has no right to say shiek is cheep. lol. It takes just as much skill to press down on C stick as it does to press side A.

I use Ice Climbers, Fox, GaW, Roy, Ganon, CFalcon, Sheik, Pikachu, Donkey Kong, and who ever random choose EXCEPT: Pichu, M2, Boozer (I save those for Vega), Peach (She is just gay) and Yoshi (Screw the no 3rd jump).

I think my GaW could beat you. But for the first few matches, Ill use IC's, dont get grabbed my friend.
