You heard correctly. PA is stepping it up everywhere, though tbh I think I might go for being ranked in NJ instead of PA next season unless I can be ranked in both places since I'm legit active in both states now. As it is I've only been to one small PA tourney so far this season, and won't be in another until me or Bnzaaa hosts one likely. I've already been to a couple NJ tournies and have more planned.
