yeah I thought of that as well. But still it was a funny question so I gave it a funny response. Also I don't think luigi has to be the partner for diddy to do the infinite. I think it will work fine with anyone.

Dtilt will meteor if you're basically on top of them. The tip of the leg won't, but Luigi's body will.

Dair will meteor if you hit them with the hitbox right around Luigi's butt. Here:

The Dair one is at the bottom of the hitbox stack, so you've got to space it really well.

I'll offer two things

1. Any way of approacing works. People are more cautious against luigi when they're at 50% because they don't want to get hit by the up b.
2. Rise with cyclone without jumping.
