Official Online Tournament(Started Nov. 30th) and Luigi Crew Battles(Starting Soon)

The Online Tournament is a test of your online skill and officially started November 30th. To join the tournament the following information must be submitted:

1. Smash World Forums Name
2. Brawl Tag Name
3. Your Friend Code

Rules

1. Contestants will choose up to 3 characters (one being Luigi) that they can use for this tournament. Tell me the other 2 characters (no meta or dedede) you will be using before playing.
2. Contestants must find their own matches.
3. Items and stage selection is up to the contestants, anything goes.
4. Battles are 3 stock and Best of 5 only.
5. Winners must report their win here.

Point System

Winners will receive 2(Winners coin-Losers coin)/(Winners coin/1.5) ammount of coins. Losers will not lose or gain coins. Any decimals will round up.

The Luigi Crew Battles are beginning soon. It is currently in sign-up mode. Anyone who is interested in joining the LCB must submit the following information:

Rules

1. These are Luigi only battles so winning with any other character will not result in coins.
2. Each crew will start with 20 coins.
3. Crews must find other crews to battle on their own.
4. No items are allowed and only certain stages may be chosen from. (Stages listed below)
5. Battles are 3 stock and Best of 5 only.
6. Winners must report their win here.

Crew Information
Each crew will have:
Captain (best player of the crew)
Co-Captain (next best player of crew)
2 Crewmen

A total of 4 members per crew.
Members within the crew will create their crew name.

Point System (Receiving Coins)

Captain beats Captain=3 coins
Captain beats Co-Captain=2 coins
Captain beats Crewmen=1 coin

Co-Captain beats Captain=4 coins
Co-Captain beats Co-Captain=3 coins
Co-Captain beats Crewmen=2 coins

Crewmen beats Captain=5 coins
Crewmen beats Co-Captain=4 coins
Crewmen beats Crewmen=3 coins

Point System (Losing Coins) (I'm still not sure if i will include losing coins or not)

Captain loses to Captain=-1 coin
Captain loses to Co-Captain=-2 coins
Captain loses to Crewmen=-3 coins

Co-Captian loses to Captain=-0 coins
Co-Captain loses to Co-Captain=-1 coin
Co-Captain loses to Crewmen=-2 coins

Crewmen loses to Captain=-0 coins
Crewmen loses to Co-Captain=-0 coins
Crewmen loses to Crewmen=-1 coin

The Crews

There will be 3 teams of 4 members to begin. Any new player that wants to join will have to either replace an inactive member with their permission or find 3 other members to create a new crew.

yeah, the last one i kinda gave up cause my hands were huritng alot and i had to go. just to let ya know, i was testin tap jump on i wanted to try out OOS shoryukens. and apparently i've come to conclusion that, they're REALLY good when you have a wall behind you like corneria, because of you know the low traction thing, the down side is that, wall infinites =[

default meaning w/ tap jump on lol. you can do a reverse hypen smash, oos shoryuken, with tap jump off you can do fsmash uptilt spamming easily, do ftilt angled up abit easier. still default settings are the best.

and lol, on coneria those were just too epic i swear.

im also trying to invest pivot sliding fsmash since i already have pivot grabs, you should have it too chic

Question: can't you just do OOS stuff without tap jump just by pressing the jump button at the same time?

I've tried it out a bit since my L is set to jump for when I use Peach and it seems to be similar.
