Can I get help with a couple things?

Anybody know which texture changes the gems/earrings on ganon? Or is it a hex value in the .dat?

I made a peach with slightly darker dark skin on the daisy color.
I never got it to look great so I never uploaded it. I can send it to you if you want to polish it.

It's a mixture but can all be done through DTW :)

Here is red ganon with green's jewels (and jewel settings but just ignore those).



Here are some notes, let me know if you need me to explain any of it.

This is the texture for the jewels on the necklace and forehead

it is 2d and is a flat backing for those jewels. There is then a translucent 3d semisphere over each of the 2d jewel textures.

The translucent semisphere for the forehead jewel is object 25, and the one for the jewels on the necklace is object 66.

The earrings are different as they dont use a texture. Object 38 is his left earring (your right), and object 82 is his right earring.

Change the texture for the jewels as usual, and change the values in the colour structures as per DRGN's classic guide to do the rest :)

Just finished uploading all* of the first post to Modulous. These includes the following characters: Bowser, Captain Falcon, Donkey Kong, Dr. Mario, Falco, Fox, Ganondorf, Ice Climbers, Jigglypuff, Kirby, Link and Luigi.

Seems a little complicated at first, but if you work meticulously, and use folders to your advantage, you should be good to go.

I recommend using DAT Texture Wizard, super easy and user friendly. It will let you preview all the textures in Peach's .dat file so you can find the right eye and edit it.

Just realized something...

Modulous won't find all skins for a character unless their name is tagged.



This is fine for all posts from this point on, but the hundreds Minerali added aren't tagged since the feature was implemented after he did so. Modulous would be a perfect replacement for this thread if the mods were able to be sorted/searched by character.

Do you have any plans to add tags to them? I'd be willing to help if you need it.

This could be avoided by adding the words in the title of the mod as tags automatically. Also, I've noticed searching tags is a bit finicky.

Here I have the Cloud 9 Ganon skin I made with the following tags,



If someone mentioned this skin to me and I wanted to find it on modulous, I'd search "cloud 9 ganon" or "cloud 9 ganondorf". However when I do this I get no results.



I realize this is because of the boolean style tags and it doesn't find a tag named "cloud 9 ganon", but most people won't know the specific tag to search for. Is it possible to refine the search function to show results if some of the searched words are found as tags and then show the ones with more matches above the rest?
