it seems that this one is more based off of what a person can do with that character (ignoring inhuman super shining of doom)

still the tier list will never be complete or perfect due to people always finding new ways to gimp other characters.

i would consider switching sheik and marth in top (so we know sheik is statistically the best according the m2k, but how many sheiks do we honestly see win tourneys? next to 0. marths? a ton) you also have to look at matchups

move falco to top of high?

move mario to top of low tier
make bottom of mid tier be luigi then dk?

If your going by character potential this list is fine. Cept I would move DK up to the bottom of middle. Falco down to the top of high tier (the other 3 out class him). I also think pikachu/young link are both significantly better than game and watch.

If your going by tourney results you need to make the top 3's order Marth Fox Sheik. Otherwise it looks great.

Luigi should never have been placed as low tier in the first place, he's just too good for that!
Though, Roy and Picachu should switch place, and G&W should be below YL and Pika.

It might be a joke, but it's at least as credible as the current tier list. As many others have mentioned, sheik's tournament placings do not justify a #1 spot, even if you can make a very good argument that sheik has the most potential.

Misc comments:
Why CF over Peach? I've seen more peaches place well recently. It's pretty close, but I'd say that she's the better character.
Samus over Puff? I'd agree in an instant if Samus had a decent grab or shield pressure game.
Why did G&W go up so much?

what i think is wrong with the list:
i think marth is the best but its really close regardless. falco should not be in top tier. peach should be above falcon. jiggly should be just below ICs or maybe even above them. DK should be moved up to mid. pika is the best low tier, YL is def better than G&W. and **** bottom tier that **** doesnt matter anyway.

actually **** it ill just post my tier list. my tier lists are always the best anyway

top: marth, fox, sheik
high: falco, peach, falcon, jiggly, ICs
mid: samus, doc, ganon, mario, luigi, DK
low: pika, link, roy, y.link, G&W
bottom: whatever you had is fine
