Varia Suit Samus(Zero Suit): Fusion Suit(white clothes), Power Suit(original purple jumpsuit with green hair)
Ridley: Meta Ridley, Fusion Ridley

PT: Female trainer (duh) with Shinies, Rival with...more shinies?
Pikachu: Pichu, Evil Pikachu
Mewtwo: Armor from the movie

Donkey Kong: No tie (gasp!), Cranky Kong (just because it would be funny)
Diddy Kong: Rock Star clothes, a P. Diddy outfit

Pit: retro clothes
Ness: Lucas, Paula (To my understanding, most of Ness's moves actually come from her...)
Ike: Marth, Roy
Solid Snake: Big Boss, "Retro Snake"

Wait, how is the Squirtle any different.....my head hurts.

Shiny Squirtle really isn't that different, he's less bright, and his shade of blue makes the tiny leap from sky blue to a sort of periwinkle.

We should see the Bee Suit Mario from Galaxy. Also Fire Suit Mario, idk why luigi gets it but Mario doesn't. Original yellow/purple Wario would be nice. Along with his Master of Disguises Mask.

Samus has the most potential. I'd like to see various suits on her.

How does peach pull turnips from whatever she's standing on no matter the substance or how thick it is? Not everything has to make perfect sense

I concur. Although it's one of my favourite Metroid games, I don't like the suit. Maybe the PED suit could replace that one.

This is the PED suit, I don't find it too different from the original other than in abilities.

i'm very excited for possible alt costumes, here are the facts that i currently KNOW.
link has dark link as an alt, i don't have a link, but the article from destructoid (sp?) confirmed that. also, each char has 5 alternate costumes, on the char&stage select movie someone went through yoshi's alts and there is a total of 6 which includes his normal green.

I seriously doubt they'll have them. All we've seen are different colors like before. Other than Pikachu...who seems to have aquired some of Pichu's costumes.

I dont think this is going to happen, dunno how much of developement time it takes, but I guess it doenst happen over the night, but I hope it does.
