Lool the Ganon challenge is bull****, you cant ****ing do anything, 3 Ganon's is like 10x as fast as the speed of MK, and also the ****ing Damage each atatck deals is Bull too, and no sleeps no johns son.

Kmac & Rake - As far as i no i've not seen you two before but hey you were both alot better than i expected which was cool because it ment the tourney was actually a challenge Didnt get to play you Kmac but i would like too, saw some cool **** when you were playing Rake man your lucario's intense, your timing and spacing is impressive always a treat to fight a good lucario player, always challanging for me, god dam down air, piss take lol cool if you came to the next one on the 10th get another good match in :D.

The pools games peed me off though, had some proper challenges in there, yourself, jd and calz. No offece co3y but I should have won our match, I knew you used marth and that he ***** luigi but I stuck with him anyway, prob because mario beat lucario.

I'd love to come to the 10th, might not be able to because of work though, ill see what i can do. I'll do shoutouts tomorow.

calzorz - thanks for coming and ****** everyone, cheers for 3 stocking me twice in pools to haha. nice to put faces to names and i think i might give brawl a little go and try and make some other brawl events sometime soon.

trio3 - dont let anyone tell you your **** lol. i know you already know youre not but.. youre not!! honestly not only at brawl either, if you put some effort into your melee game i think you could be really ****ing good mate honest to god. you got skillz use them, loved the brawl marth dittos also.

rake - sorry you feel that way but thats kinda johns i'm afraid, also you did beat me and dooan in pools. maybe if you stopped rolling into me i would have stopped down smashing you for it who knows. also work on your charge shots move around whilst using them, standing still made it extremely easy to cape them right back.

k-mac - ddnt really talk but again thanks for beating me and dooan in teams... will make sure to have more of a chat next time, was run off my feet all day. unlucky not passing pools in brawl.

tamoo - nice jiggs... is what i want to say what i will say is ni8ce back airs nah good games man, you made me realise i really need to work on more match ups that outside the top 4 or 5 with weegee. i sorta was trying to wing it and play like i do against peach. you seemed scared to rest tho so try and get rid of that tho i'm sure it never truly goes.

charles - cheers for 4 stocking my luigi :/ i know you said i wasnt playing particularly well but i'd have liked a stock in that match. think i pulled my head out of my *** for teams tho, i'd say me and joe gave you guys a little run for your money.

abcd - congratz on 2nd you really still have it. brings a tear to my eye when i think back when i first met you and gave you those first basics. love watching you play tho as you remind me so much of how i play its crazy, though obviously you do it better as of right now.

charlie - always a pleasure, well done in singles, you seem to have gotten a **** load better lately. sorry about not letting you beat my samus with your falcon in friendlies tho but being stage spiked at 0% from a charge shot when im at 155% is all what the game is about :D

duncan - nice having you over night before mate, had some good games i thought hope it helped for the actual events, nice one you and tamoo beating me and joe in teams winners, tho i think we paid you back quite well. sorry about giving you charles, i had him first in my bracket at shs1 and at smashgt as well if i remember. but at the end of the day he's the one you want to be beating. so its all good experience.

joe - ok mate if you press L, R, or Z when you land an arial then you cancel half the lag. air dodge quickly and diagonally into the stage you will slide try that too! oh that yellow stick thats good too, use it for smashes as well as spacing arials. dont worry will show you these and more next time i see you if you want. how good a friend am i?!!

Oh one more thing, good DI is usually bad against jiggs as it leads to more hits, on lower percents just di away and i cant wop ya at all, otherwise jiggs can combo luigi surprisingly easily

Solid Pit - You got parking space gimped son Those doubles games were intense, so annoyed that we had the advantage twice and threw it away!!! Ganon challenge is intense, the taunts are pro.

Trio - Thanks for housing us man, had an awsome time round yours. Except for you stealing money in the round the world games. Sorry we were so loud, passions running high and all that. You and calz absolutely ***** in doubles...and singles too for that matter. unlucky on coming second, your matches with calz were close.

Jeez, where do I begin? where do I begin?

The weekend was probably one of the best three days of fun that I've had in a long time. The night before at Trio's house (thanks for housing man. :D) the tourney itself and the day after was one of the best things I've experienced.

I guess I didn't really talk much at the fest itself so not many people probably got to talk to me or get games except for rankings.... I'm not much of a talker, so I apologise for that. :/ It also means that I didn't particularly figure out who some people were.

However, I have to thank everyone who came for the awesome day - Trio, Calz and Rake for the housing johns and lulz, and Dooan and the others at the fest for making us all act like chavs when we went to get KFC :D.

Also, after playing the tournament, I have nothing to say but a mass respect to all NW smashers and for everyone that played there - for Joe for letting me win a game in pools, and for Fuzzy who made me feel accomplished for the insanely close matches between my MK and his Marth, and also for making me look like a total john against his ROB. xD

This is for sure the first tourney that I don't feel bad for going out of pools in. The level of competition was crazy.

I also apologise for my eyesight johns, and also the dimensional cape john that cost me the possibility of levelling with or beating Tamoo. going wario against your olimar was stupid, and I can't believe my pad johned on me like that. D:

I will certainly be coming to this tourney again sometime in the future. it was a great day all-round and I can't say anything wrong other than that you need bigger TVs.

Nah man, lots of ppl underestimate how hard doc is for jiggs just cos he's doc. Id go as far as to say The worst MU for jiggs for some of the stuff he can do and counter jiggs with. Bair spam is certainly outta the question unless the doc player forgets how to fair and nair. M2k recently asked jiggs boards how to beat jiggs and doc and fox camping were the only responses he got.

you should learn icies someone round here should at least play them. i used to crack them out every so often but it was mainly wavedash downsmash, with some ice blocks in there just to mix it up.

Im still well up for teams, its probs my fave form of smash but as long as others are up for it, should be good.

Tamoo: i guess you're more experienced in the matchup than me, but i've gotta take issue with the pills thing- pill spam gays everyone and can you think of a single character better designed to get around aerial spam than jiggs? (kirby? lol)
might have a point with doc's bair, but that fair punch takes about 10 minutes to come out.
I think it just might be your style- you play quite a defensive jiggs and pill spam forces jiggs to approach and be a bit more aggressive, which maybe you aren't used to/very comfortable with?

also as a defensive player myself i find it really difficult when playing another defensive player, i just dont have the patience even in tourney matches, i dont like playing a campfest. i guess i could fix this but i dont want to win that way, i like how i play and i wanna improve that style imop theres no point winning for the sake of it. i wouldnt enjoy the game and without enjoyment i dont see the point in playing.

just learn falco or sheik or somthing for doc players, falco doc isnt really that bad for falco the cape rarelt comes into it and falcos lasers really hurt docs pill game.

Anyone with projectiles are better suited to cutting docs pill game, as projectiles either cancel the pill or force doc to stop pilling. Also people with range like marth and link. Fair takes long to come out but its sometimes hard to see coming and jiggs cant really outrange it. Also, doc has a guaranteed grab to fair on a whole load of percentages that kill rediculously early. Jiggs is blessed with neither projectiles or range, so is forced to go through the barrage of pills at risk of damage in order to get to doc. Jiggs is quite naturally defensive, its not just me, I mean, the MU dictates that you should outcamp shiek ffs lol, because jiggs approach game is pitiful, kinda like peach minus turnips, so approaching doc is why doc is so hard for jiggs

Co3y: I would go if lifts were available, but i dont think there are. Its just too much to pay £50 to travel up there for a brawl orientated event

yea i get a similar thing tryng to approach sheik with luigi, luigi does have a porojectile for all the use it is, it's alright at catching spacies offstage when they are illusioning / without a 2nd jump, can also take peach out of her float which can be handy. but yea like i said when in doubt against a campy player go falco and laser the hell out of them. no one does it quite like that magnificent blue bird
