okay so me and a few friends have a debate going on, about out of all of ganondorf's "titles" is better.

"the guru du prince of thieves"
or
"the lord of all evil."
or
"Dark Lord."
or
"the great king of evil"
;)

feel free to slaughter my character for posting this too.

Before obtaining the Triforce he's the Gerudo King of Thieves. Once he holds the Triforce of Power he becomes the Great King of Evil. Twilight Princess also refers to him as the Dark Lord.

The Great King of Evil is more fitting.

The lore across all the games is pretty inconsistent, besides being modified clones of the same plot. Buuuuttt...

1) Save yourself the agony of arguing with your friends over how Gerudo is pronounced, only to later realize how pointlessly ******** the argument was to begin with. A Prince of Thieves can't compare to a King of Evil.

2) Lord of all evil doesn't pack a lot of punch and is still too long to say.

3) Dark Lord wins, in my book. Both words have 4 letters, the first and last letter of the word tend to "encase" the middle letters, it rolls of the tongue well, etc.

4) Great King of Evil is pretty solidly constructed, but it takes too long to say. King of Evil just feels too bland without the letter arrangement properties of Dark Lord.

/nerd off :chuckle:

When I think off "Dark Lord", my mind goes to Voldemort, not to Ganondorf.

Evil King Ganondorf seems more fitting to me.
