False at the speed of brawl it feels like theres WAYYYY more hitstun because on the way down your still in hitstun in melee only sometimes but its more suvior in this game.

Lol okay there's barely any hitstun in brawl+ compared to melee but you guys can think what you want.

yea, people dont realized he used it to the best of his ability and the opposing player got frustrated and he got to use it more. but i think kingz was kidding :)
