No, you can fully dash dance.Hmm, why would M2K say that it wasn't then. Perhaps you can only pivot within the first few opening frames?
Link to the vid, my bet is that by the time he reached the ground his attack was already over.but how do you explain some the matches posted on youtube L-cancel seem to exist. For example, i saw a match where CF did his knee and when landed, he had no lag whatsoever. But later in match, when he did his knee again and landed, there noticeable lag.
Actually m2k got his info from xelic, who has the gameAgain, why would M2K say it does not exist. He obviously has the capability to do it, is it limited to certain characters, or certain frames? That is the question I am asking.

*Coughmetaknightascounterpickcough*Yeah I believe Float Cancelling exists, however if L-cancelling is out and float-cancelling is in that is a horrible thing because of how overpowering Peach players will be towards other characters.
quite opposite, between 4:30-4:32, he short jumps there were no lag whatsoever when he landed. His second knee is 4:59-5:01 much higher when he executed it, there noticeableAgain, why would M2K say it does not exist.
