Just a thread for those of us who find the combination of the lack of precision on circle pads and the lack of a second stick entirely to ruin the otherwise fun experience of Smash Bros. for 3DS. I need to vent, and I'm sure others do as well.
Every match is sloppy on both sides, with SDs and missed links and clearly incorrect inputs (like Link throwing a boomerang while under the stage, or Fox's upB going in the completely wrong direction). The lack of a C-stick alternative at the moment makes aerials predictable and sometimes virtually incapable of landing.
It is currently impossible to play the damn game at one's best. Well, unless maybe you can find a character who doesn't need off-momentum aerials, or precise directional input, or a necessity to distinguish between tilts and smashes.
The game is still fun when not taken seriously, but even then, simply learning a new character can be horribly aggravating. Then old favorites suddenly seem needlessly more difficult to control, and when both sides are feeling the effects, the result is one very, very sad looking replay.
Nintendo. For the love of all that is holy, add ****ing CPP support.
