It's terrible in the best ways. It's corny and the lipsyncing is bad and it's mid-2000s CGI and it has over the top action scenes and Claire's a bad***.

The big game everyone will want that Nintendo teased is actually a mother 3 remaster with exclusive art books and more, and reggie gets to present it as the final project he was involved in.

Hey man, if Troy Baker and Nolan North and Yuri Lowenthal can get away with being in every single thing ever and doing their one single voice, then numbah one can become a hamon user.

To be fair, that lore is ****ing stupid as hell and you can only up the stakes so much further. RE6 involved simultaneous virus outbreaks in eastern Europe, the United States and China, had four separate campaigns with seven playable main characters, and killed the ****ing president of the United States.

Here's a count off the top of my head of how many zombie outbreaks each of the main cast has canonically lived through:

Chris: 7
Jill: 4
Leon: 7
Claire: 4
Ada: 4
Rebecca: 3
Barry: 3

At this point nothing should surprise any of them. Trying to make a horror game that didn't involve trained firearms specialists and Michael Bay explosions probably needed to involve some random-*** guy in some random-*** place.

If rumors are to be believed, RE8 is a direct followup to RE7, though we don't know if the main character is still Ethan. Apparently they're not leaving RE7 as a one-off in bum**** nowhere Louisiana.

Nice! I still have to do the Memorial Quests myself, but for the Cu Alter fight, I'm probably going to go for a similar strategy to yours with my Merlin and Waver (or maybe I could pull off a double Waver strategy, we'll see), though I'm probably choosing Scathach as my main attacker for that. I remember she was my go-to fighter for the Cu Alter fight in America, and she one-shotted him in all three final battles against him because of her anti-divinity skill.

The teacher setting her student straight is the best way I could describe my experience!
