Some program to record and do audio edit, I think? I am honestly not sure, but I recorded my voice once using Audacity.

Sorry, I can't do Yoshi's voice justice. For his scenes i'll use Yoshi voice clips.

Except for one scene. In that particular scene I can use one of my voices...

Alright, that's good.

It's not a complicated project. Instead of full on animation which would take a long time, i'm using a variety of still frames. Sorta like those comic voice-dubs.
The only thing that's tricky is recording my voice.

If you don't have a proper room for it you can fudge it by soundproofing a closet. Logan Cunningham did that for Bastion, and look how that turned out.

Pretty sure you just pad the interior with a boatload of blankets or towels, but you may want to Google it a bit.
