I would laugh, but then it kinda sinks in that even Uprising Medusa WITHOUT the glamor is still prettier than the Castlevania Medusa head statue and honestly now I'm just sitting here wondering if my priorities are OK

To play as Chrom, first you gotta get a copy of Fire Emblem Awakening.

You must make a magic circle, place the game in the middle and say the magic words, "Chrom is the best written Fire Emblem ever!"

After saying this three times you will summon the Opossum Fairy.

He'll give you a free copy of Fire Emblem Warriors. Then you must get Chrom to level 99.

Once you do that, you go back to Smash Wii U and choose Robin. Go to training and spawn Smash Balls. After you hit with Robin's Final Smash three times, the game will create a wormhole and suck you in.

You are now in a parallel universe where you can competently play as Chrom in Smash Bros Ultimate.

I'M BEING HELPFUL!

Can confirm, am the Fairy. Fear me, Dragon, Dark, and Fighting types.



Also I finally got a Switch and Smash. Gonna set things up tonight and unlock Chrom.

It amazes me that i've hardly ventured that far in WoL. It's been mostly me doing Classic and Spirits Board.

The mini dungeons, the references, the way the characters are found in areas that make complete sense, the scope of the map, the boss fights, everything. I'm just having a lot of fun.

Haven't really been frustrated with the legend spirit battles either, I've lost to a couple but none have taken me more than a second or third try. So my run has been pretty smooth.

For me, this is the best Single Player mode Smash has ever had.

Yeah, I know what you mean. I only truly started burning out on World of Light in the Final Map, by which point the game was almost over; as for difficulty, I only had to lower it once, though I lowered it a second time to replay the Final Boss as Ganondorf and knock out the "Don't get KO'd" challenges (the key thing is that they never say you have to not get KO'd in the Final Boss on a specific difficulty).

I think most of the reviewers' issues with World of Light stem from the fact that they had to do it all pretty quick to get the review out on time. This would obviously cause a large amount of stress and a lower tolerance for difficulty and the long length of the mode.

Playing the Spirit Board and amassing higher ranked Spirits mitigates a lot of frustration of the Legend Rank battles in WoL.

I'm still playing Fire Emblem 7 Reverse Recruitment in Hector Hard Mode; and I've finally reached the halfway point of the recruitments (translation: I'm about 7/20 chapters (17/30 if you count the Lyn section) into the game).

The game is not balanced around having the characters you have in this hack, sometimes this is a good thing, sometimes it's very bad.

Not a surprise, he got basically the same set of buffs as Pikachu.

Heard him described as the main for people who don't want to play a high tier, but low key want to play a high tier.

For me, World of Light has been a World of Pain - but I knew what I was getting into.

I still prefer the minor platforming segments that break up Melee's Adventure mode and Brawl's SSE, and where it stacks up with Ultimate's Classic has me torn - they really did that some justice this time - but otherwise it's been an excellent run so far.

All three of my Ultimate characters so far () made top 8 today, with Pichu flipping winning the whole thing. For my characters, it's been a darn good day.

Man, the Trevor Belmont Spirit battle is rad.
I had to beat it with Richter to have references within the references.

Playing the Spirit Board and amassing higher ranked Spirits mitigates a lot of frustration of the Legend Rank battles in WoL.

I think this was key for me because despite taking so long to do WoL, I played a loooooooooot of Spirit Board. It was just as addicting, and Legend Battles there did kick my ass but I eventually started raking in a few of them.

I had a good amount of Legend Spirits by the time I started WoL.

Holy **** Chrom is a strong boy. I've been playing him online today.


I just pulled off a 90 percent damage combo into a kill by starting with side special and then juggling this cloud a bit, hitting him with Chrom's up special and then back airing cloud off the stage.

That was pretty freaking crazy,
