True, it's self-explanatory on where exactly foruming in general is on my priority list compared to my LinkedIn goals. I feel more present on Discord and even that isn't impressive.

Although I do plan on being more active in the future. I wanna make more friends beyond this thread and get closer to more people. The people I consider the closest to are the ones I talk to here and on Discord for the time being.

Honestly? Me neither. I played through X. Thought it was fine. Thought Sun had potential. Never finished it. Honestly, I'm more excited for Pokemon Go, Let's Go, and the Detective Pikachu movie than I've been since Gen 3. Imagine that.

I like the original break the targets, so I will miss that.
The "target blast" in smash 4 though disappointed me.
HRC I don't care about.
Smash run is decent but something I can live without.
I loved Stage Builder in Brawl so that saddens me the most. Making my own stages with friends at college was very fun, especially when we would make the dumbest of stages (like a single small block in the very center of a large size map and literally nothing else, or having just a pit of spikes lol).

Naaaaah, I'd actually enjoy trying to break time records in Brawl rather than playing a stupid ass version of Angry Birds.

I'm pretty sure we aren't getting any of those anyway so...

I don't think HRC, Smash Run and Stage Builder are huge losses, those were modes that were mostly played to unlock stuff and moved on. Especially HRC. Stage Builder was too barebones to be any good and to make it an actual worthwhile mode they'd have to spend an ungodly amount of time on it, time they could spend on actual stages from select franchises. Smash Run was okay, but I personally don't care much for it. It was better than Tour but that's not saying much.

Break The Targets is the biggest loss, but let's face it, they were never gonna make 70+ unique BTT stages and if they're not doing that then I'd rather not have the mode at all. Because Brawl's version was boring as hell and Smash 4 just turned it into Angry Birds. No thanks. Board The Platforms could've been a neat one to bring back, but again, they weren't gonna make 70+ unique stages.

I think them realizing Event Match was the best Single Player mode they've always had and expanding on that concept was the best way to go, including bringing back fully fledged boss fights which were the best part of the SSE. Even if it was at the cost of trimming the fat in a couple areas and modes.
