After the cutscene, go to Morytha, at the world tree elevator door, he will be right here for you to talk and get (with some funny dialogue to boot). As I said, put the driver you want to have Mik on first in the group, though in any case, if you aren't satisfied with Mik on a certain driver. You can just release and he be right back to where I just described.

He is also an evasion tank, just in case are your curious.

Also, it is me, or nobody since the NG+ was released ever talked about doing a Torna Team only? Like, have Mik, Akhos & Patroka on Rex? Memes aside, since all of them fit one class (Tank, Heal & Attack in order) , I could see it as a viable team.
