Venom is still Sony.
...I think?
Same with Spiderman... but don't forget Spiderman Homecoming... and sequel...
No no no, just the MCU.
( Marvel Canon Universe ).
Disney has Marvel, but not all of Marvel.
Incorrect, Disney is the parent company of Marvel at this point. But some character's copyrights are held by different company... such as Spiderman and Venom are Sony's.
I didn't believe in it? I did say it was before Soulcalibur VI came out. Heck, I believe it was before Geralt was shown as it came around Feb/March. Like I said, I was just getting away from the Smash Rumor/Leak Discussion since it wasn't going anywhere and decided to look up Soulcalibur VI stuff to kill some time and just ended up finding it. And I was just having my fun with it.
I mean, the fact that it's fake right away and there's no need to speculate greatly on it has to be more entertaining than what the Discussion Thread is going through currently.
That aside, I will get Soulcalibur VI at some point, regardless on whether or not it comes to the Switch. I'm just biding my time to see if a Switch port comes out before I get it on either Playstation 4 or PC when it's on sale.
Yeah, but not sure if those character reveals will link to the chance of SC VI on Switch, it would be awesome for it to come to Switch though, so fingers crossed.
Gonna talk about this for a bit:
The video talks about recent censorship when it comes to Sony where they censor Senran Kagura, and a fanservice oriented visual novel Noraneko Heart whereas other platforms don't. And even Warriors Orochi 4 has it's jiggle physics absent on PS4 as well.
Then Appabend explains that reason why Sony has censor many games and especially Japanese anime games, because Sony has move its headquarters to Cali... since western console market is always bigger in the west than Japan. It also seems that Japanese only game also has to be inspected by the Cali headquarters too...
Other details you can check out the video where Appabend talks about Japan console market is shrinking... yet he never mentions that Nintendo Switch is basically doing very well in Japan since many Japan oriented titles, exclusive titles, Japanese mobile and JRPGs are coming to Switch. That's only flag I need to give it to him, he's not giving Nintendo Switch a fair credit in my opinion.
When it comes to my thoughts on censorship is basically... censorship on cultural sensitive stuff is meh... fine... but fanservice censorship is not okay, unnecessary, and not helpful at all. Then again, I bet many users here will be ok with Sony's censorship (I mean don't get me started on the XC2 debacle back in the day, whoo, some users here sure take their idealogs very seriously and like if it as a standard lol), which kudos to you if that's the case. I just found the censorship unnecessary when the game was already meant for being fan service oriented, why the censorship? Me who never like Senran Kagura games, even having those censorship is not gonna make me pick up the PS4 version anyway since I never intended to buy the game. And regardless you are okay or not okay with it, Senran Kagura fans do like those fanservice stuff so this is another reason why the censorship is pointless.
I also found this situation really really hilarious and interesting, Nintendo was the one doing this back in the day with many of the Wii U and 3DS games having censorship when porting to the west, but now it is Sony's turn making these unnecessary work lol
